Don’t try to “make friends” in some forced fashion or undermine your own authority. Once you build an effective team it’s easy to get caught up in its efforts. After all, a good team makes work fun and absorbing, bringing the psychological “flow” state into things. Unfortunately, that can increase opportunities to flow in the wrong direction, where innovation gets explored for its own sake instead of to fulfill concrete goals. If you step in and apply managerial force, you can dampen team morale or transform it into a destructive clique, as members “wall off” the processes they like from wider scrutiny.
Solution: Directed Self-Assessment
To bring the team back to earth without fostering an “us versus them mentality” ask members to assess themselves according to well-defined goals. This provides a gentle reminder that the team is expected to meet specific objectives without attacking its methods. When the team discovers issues and room for improvement, ask them to drill down into specifics. That way, future team and management action feels like collaboration, not an imposition.

10. Capilano Suspension Bridge
Guests will be pleased to know that the Capilano Suspension Bridge is only a short drive from downtown Vancouver. Just as the name implies, the Capilano Suspension Bridge is a long suspended bridge that crosses a deep gorge. In addition to crossing the Lower Mainland’s largest suspension bridge, visitors will also be treated to the largest private totem pole collection in the world. 9. Vancouver’s Gardens

8. Vancouver’s Nightlife
Convenience, location, and atmosphere are the three components which make Vancouver’s Granville Street a downtown hub for late night partygoers. Cool sea breezes and sounds make downtown’s waterfront area a great place for couples looking for a calmer, more romantic setting.
7. Vancouver’s Beaches
Vancouver’s Kitsilano Beach and English Bay are the most popular beaches to soak in the rays. Public amenities like outdoor & indoor showers and change rooms are available at both beaches. 4. The Grouse Grind
The Grouse Grind is a 2.9 kilometre trail which snakes its’ way up the side of Grouse Mountain. Hikers must trek up an elevation of 800 meters which typically takes anywhere from an hour to two and a half hours depending on personal fitness level. The prize at the top of the mountain is worth it as Grouse Mountain hosts a live bear display, a lumberjack show, and a semi casual restaurant with full patio & bar. Guests not willing to climb the treacherous trail can pay a premium fee to ride the gondola up. Tourists looking to challenge themselves should seriously consider taking on the Grouse Grind.
3. PNE/Playland
Once a year, the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) comes to town and joins Playland to host a carnival/fair-like experience to the visitors & residents of Vancouver. Playland, which is located in Vancouver’s Hastings Park, is Canada’s oldest amusement park. Don’t let the age fool you; Playland brings in new advanced rides while disposing of old ones every year to keep the amusement park fresh. One ride Playland won’t get rid of however is the Wooden Rollercoaster which was built in 1958 and is the most popular ride in Vancouver.
2. The Vancouver Aquarium
Popular with families, the Vancouver Aquarium is a place where people can have fun and learn at the same time. The town of Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan was founded by Kaimkhani Nawabs in the middle of the 15th century, and remained under their control until it was taken by the Rajput ruler Sardul Singh in 1730 AD, which lasted till the Indian independence. It was in Jhunjhunu that the British based their Shekhawati brigade, a troop raised locally in the 1830s to try to halt the activities of the dacoits (bandits). They were largely local petty rulers who had decided it was easier to become wealthy by pinching other peoples' money than by earning their own. Jhunjhunu is one of the largest towns of Shekhawati and is the current district headquarters. It has some of the region's most beautiful buildings and should not be missed. Prime Attractions of Jhunjhunu
Bihari Ji Temple
It is a temple in Jhunjhunu, which is immensely popular for its antique paintings. Sri Biharji Temple is from a similar period and contains some fine murals, although these too have suffered over the years.
Shri Ranisatiji MandirLocated in Jhunjhunu, it is one of the exemplarytemples in India. It is one of the ancient pilgrimages in the country which is a historic, unprecedented masterpiece affording a panoramic view.
The Khetri Mahal
A fine minor palace dating back to around 1760 AD. It has very elegant lines and is architecturally the most sophisticated building in the region, though not in the greatest condition.
The Modi and Tiberwala Havelis
Both in the main bazaar, these are covered with murals, and the latter one is particularly interesting. The town also has a number of 'chhatris' and wells.
The Sati Chowk
A magnificent portrayal of the highest is situated in the Pradhan Mand with the imposing Shikhar. The entire edifice in white marble is enchanting. The main Temple of Shri Rani Satiji houses the main sanctum sanctoram. Qamruddin Shah ki Darghah, Mertani Baori, Laxminath Temple, Khetan Haveli, Ishwardas Mohandas Haveli, Badal Garh, Birdhi Chand Well and Ajeet Sagar are some of the places worth visiting. It is also famous for colourful wall paintings.

Nawalgarh : The town exudes an old world charm and the colourful bazaar has the largest number of painted havelis in Shekhawati. The fort, now a little disfigured, is yet worthy of attention. There are numerous havelis worth seeing.
Fatehpur
Travel to Fatehpur treasure- trove of beautiful frescoes, it is a historic town which was once ruled by the muslim nawabs. The frescoes on the Devra and Singhania haveli are an outstanding combination of Indian and western styles.
Mandawa
The medieval fort of Mandawa gradually rises on the horizon like a mirage. A painted arched gateway adorned with Lord Krishna and his cows leads to the bazaar. A fine view of the town can be seen from the terrace of the castle of Mandawa. Notables among the havelis are Chokhani, Saraf, Goenka and Ladia havelis.
